Who we are
A team on both sides of the journey
We’re a team based across India and the UK, and together we share experience in UK healthcare recruitment, sponsorship and international talent placement. We’ve spent years building relationships with UK healthcare employers and understanding what it takes to move and support nurses from India into the UK.

Why we exist
There’s a lot of information out there. Not all of it is accurate.
Moving to the UK to build a career can be complicated. There’s a lot of information out there, but not all of it is accurate. Navigating registration, sponsorship, recruitment and relocation can feel overwhelming, and we’ve seen first-hand how easily good candidates get lost in the process. So we created Northward Care to make the journey clearer, more accessible and more connected.
